Monthly watch & reporting fee: $150.00

Contract Terms: We make it simple and do not offer any long-term contracts.
You will get a bill at the end of each service month and have the option
to cancel at any time

Additional Fees : Sometimes we may need to conduct extra inspection or perform repair services. Don't worry, we will let you know if that is necessary and make sure you approve.
