FEES AND PROCESS
Our process is straightforward. After the initial consultation, our team will perform a property audit and provide you with a custom proposal based on your property type and location. We will also provide you with income projections, staging recommendations, and the cost of our services.

Our management fee ranges between 15% to 20% of gross rent revenue and it depends on the type of the property and it's location.

They include all third-party fees like payment processing charges, yearly professional photos, optimized marketing, 24/7 guest management and communication, maintenance inspections and management, financial reporting, and more.
CONTRACTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We believe in showing our clients results, not long-term contracts. Therefore, we will invest in optimized marketing, take professional pictures and set up your property for success.

Our team will passionately handle the entire process of managing your property and if you are unhappy, give us a 60-day notice, no questions asked.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
