The Amazing "Yoko Village" In Costa Rica

During our recent trip to Costa Rica, we stumbled upon a breathtaking and exclusive development located in the heart of one of the most stunning places on earth - Santa Teresa. The region boasts of pristine beaches, rich biodiversity, and a laid-back lifestyle that is hard to find elsewhere.

Our journey led us to Yoko Village, an exceptional project established by its visionary founder and CEO, Liran Rosenfeld.

When asked about his inspiration for starting YokoVillage, Liran's passion shines through. The Development

The development left us awestruck, and we could not help but marvel at the uniqueness of the venture. The picturesque town of Santa Teresa is known for its surfing community, yoga enthusiasts, and tourists from all over the world but we could wait to explore Yoko.

As we pulled up to the office of Yoko Village in the heart of Santa Teresa, we couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the beauty surrounding us. The warm, tropical breeze and the sweet scent of the pacific ocean greeted us.

Liran greated us with open arms and deployed his team to show us around.

Yoko Village was divided into two projects: Yoko Village North and Yoko Village South. Both offered unique opportunities for investors to build their dream homes in a tropical paradise.

As we sat down with Liran, he shared his vision of creating a community prioritizing sustainability, creativity, and collaboration.

"I'm creating a solution for all the entrepreneurs and like-minded people who also feel like me," Liran explained. "I hope that soon Yoko Village will facilitate co-ownership of that ready-made second home we all desire so much. That we'll all come together at Yoko Village, in a place that's always warm, where the sea, mountains, waterfalls, and jungle bring us together to connect to Mother Earth, and ultimately, Ourselves."

The, soon to be completed, Yoko Restaurant and workout facilities will offer a chance to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views.

"We're often overworked and tired, and we need like-minded people to inspire us, fuel us, and connect us," Liran said. "I believe we are lonely without having a community. And in big cities, everything goes too fast; although we are all so close, we remain isolated. I just wish this could move faster. I'm sure the 47 Yoko Village members feel the same."

Yoko Village South

Yoko Village South was the perfect option for those seeking more independence. The development offers more architectural designs and larger lots for more privacy. Investors could build multiple homes and drive or hike to different locations. In addition, Yoko Village South boasted impressive views and contained large areas of protected nature to preserve the natural environment.

But the highlight of Yoko Village South was its diverse nature, ranging from jungle-clad woodlands, pastures, small creeks, and streams to various types of topography. It was truly a paradise for nature lovers.
